Khimji Jewellers conferred with Times Business Award 2020 (East)

Bhubaneswar: Khimji Jewellers, the largest & most trusted jewellery chain of Odisha has been conferred with Times Business Award 2020 (East) in several categories including The Most Trusted Jeweller, Best Jeweller (Gold & Diamonds) and Best Jeweller (Silver & Fashion Jewellery). Mitesh Khimji and Sumeet Khimji, Directors of Khimji Jewellers- received the awards from the august hands of Bollywood star Anil Kapoor who was a hon’ble guest at the prestigious event held in a city hotel.

Times Business Award is a Business Excellence Award that seeks to recognize and honour businesses and start-ups that have broken the boundaries of excellence in their respective industries. The annual award has happened for the second time in Bhubaneswar where it conferred awards in different business sectors, from hospitality to real-estate to education and other leaders, as well as start-ups, were acknowledged for immense efforts.

Started in the year 1936 in Baripada by late Khimji Dayabhai, Khimji Jewellers is now the leading Jewellery store of Odisha with showrooms across Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Berhampur and Rourkela. It was the first Jewellery chain of Odisha to bring 100% Hallmark Jewellery to the Market. It should be noted that Khimji Jewelllers has been the only Jewellery chain in the state to restore all the ornaments of Lord Jagannath at Puri, made Crown for Lord Lingraj at Bhubaneswar and various other auspicious temples across the state.

Apart from jewellery, Khimji Group has a chain of business in the Automobile sector with dealership of Kawasaki, Honda, Royal Enfield across Orissa and beyond. They also have a chain of Real estate in Odisha. Besides, Khimji Foundation also contributes greatly to the society.
