Bhubaneswar: The Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), faculty of engineering and technology of the SOA Deemed to be University, has been ranked 11th among top engineering colleges of eminence in the country in the Competition Success Review (CSR) engineering colleges survey 2020.
