Chief Minister has launched e-Certificate Portal and mobile PAUTI App

Bhubaneswar:   Chief minister Naveen Patnaik announced abolition of solvency certificate . Income certificate Resident certificate caste certificate and all miscellaneous certificate s will be made available online without any fee basing on self certification. In case of death of Govt servants no legal heir certificate is necessary to get govt dues.

Under the ambit of 5T initiatives, Revenue and DM Department has been taking various transformative steps in making Revenue services available to Citizens by use of Technology in a time bound, transparent and hassle-free manner.

Various Miscellaneous and Caste Certificates can now be applied online http://edistrict.odisha.gov.infrom anywhere anytime. Apart from this, Citizens can visit any Common Service Centre (CSC) of their choice and can apply to any Tahasil.They can also download Certificates from the portal or Mail box. This will directly help students and youth community to get Certificates without visiting Government offices. This would directly benefit about 5 million applicants each year. Now Citizens have the freedom not to visit Government offices to obtain Miscellaneous and Caste Certificates.

Government have abolishedall types of fees for grant of Miscellaneousand Caste certificates. However, the Common Service Centre charges for application through CSC shall be applicable in case application is made through CSC.

To implement Hon’ble Chief Minister’s mantra of “Trusting in the goodness of people rather than the integrity of processes”, Revenue and DM Department has framed Rules for grant of Resident and Income Certificates based on self-declaration of the applicants.

Revenue and DM Department has facilitated online payment of land revenue.The ePAUTIPortal (https://odishalandrevenue.nic.in) was launched by Hon’ble Chief Minister on 15th August 2019 under 5T initiatives. In order to make it further user friendly, Mobile App called PAUTI has been developed. This PAUTI App can be downloaded from Google Play Store.
